From start to finish and everything in between Kelly was hands on and phenomenal. Booking the flight and car rental she would continually check to see if better deals came along and when my flight got cancelled due to weather as I stood in line at Customer Service at the airport she was on the phone with them and managed to get my flight rebooked for me before I reached the counter. Once I flew out the trip was hitch free. Car rental, accommodations, etc. I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone planning any trip in the USA or International.
